Baby Room

At Panda Nursery we take an individual approach to the development of each child taking into account their natural predispositions, needs and interests. Our Baby Room has been created exclusively for babies and pre-toddlers from 6 weeks to 2 years of age. The staffing ratio we work within  is one carer to three children. Each baby is allocated a key worker who will help the child feel safe and secure. A key person is also a first point of contact for parents, who acts as the crucial link between home and our nursery setting. Our baby room is colourful and equipped with age appropriate resources. It is designed to provide a warm, relaxing and cosy atmosphere, so that babies can thrive.
During the day we provide variety of indoor and outdoor experiences for our youngest children to explore, including; tummy play, treasure basket, playing with mirrors and reflections, singing, story times, painting, bubble play etc. Our daily activities are planned to fit in with each child's routine already set at home. We do all we can to make sure parents and carers receive the maximum support at these very early stages of their parenthood journey.
